Favourite Lotions for Spring

Hey beauties!

I am back to share with you some more favourites of mine but this time around we are talking lotions! I got this post idea from The Zinful Blonde (so thank you) and you guys should definitely check out her blog.

I am always applying lotion/moisturizer no matter what time of day it may be. It also plays a crucial role in my skincare routine (post on my skincare routine coming soon!).

My moisturizers usually get rotated around depending on the time of year. I tend to use a more intense, thicker moisturizer during the fall/winter months and a lighter, fast absorbing one during spring & summer.

Without further ado let’s discuss lotions!

lotion1

Aveeno – Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion

I have been using Aveeno products for years and years. I use everything from their lotions, body wash to their oatmeal bath products. I love this brand so much because it’s fragrance free and gentle on my sensitive skin!

This particular lotion is infused with soothing oat essence and natural shea butter that relieves my extra dry skin. I highly reccommend this lotion!

Usually around $10.00 Canadian from Walmart

Yes To Coconut – Ultra Light Spray Body Lotion

I’ve been using this several times daily as it seems to be very hydrating. Also, the fact that is comes in a spray bottle makes the product itself even more worth it in my books! This body lotion will leave your skin feeling super hydrated with a non-greasy feeling.

10 oz $9.99 MSRP

lotion2

Jurlique – Calendula Redness Rescue

This is a gentle cream that calms and soothes sensitive skin prone to redness (hey that’s me!). This natural, non-greasy cream provides hydration and instant relief to irritated red skin.

I received this as a sample when purchasing some things from Sephora not too long ago. I have two dry, red patches on both of my cheeks and have been applying this stuff twice daily (morning & night) and have seen a great improvement!

Full size (1.4 oz) $53.00 Canadian

lotion5

Evian – Mineral Facial Spray

Okay, I know this isn’t a lotion but it does hydrate the skin, so I’m counting it as one!

This mineral facial spray hydrates, refreshes and tones the skin. With its delightful cooling mist you will feel instantly refreshed on those hot summer days.

This powerful cleansing mist removes perspiration, harmful salt, or chlorine. It instantly soothes and rehydrates sun-burned or wind-chapped skin-perfect for summer!

10.1 oz $19.00 Canadian

*I plan on writing a Q&A post about myself/my blog (True Bliss). Feel free to comment down below any questions you have for me so they can be added into the post! Your question and name will be put into the post.

Until next time beauties!
