November Favourites

Hello beauties,

Add this month to all the others that decided to fly by me without even realizing it! We are finally entering the Holiday Season and I am beyond excited! November was another busy month but I am very excited for you all to see what I have in store for December!

Everything from beauty, fashion, music and a few new categories, I have a lot to share with you this month!

Let’s jump right into it…

Real Technique – Miracle Complexion Sponge

  • After months of withdrawal (been out of stock at my local Walmart) I have finally gotten my hands back on this sponge! This sponge gives me a smooth and even application without soaking up product. Works great with all liquid products and is the perfect tool for ‘baking’ your makeup!

Too Faced – Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer

  • I’ve had this puppy for so long but was sadly replaced once I discovered the Physicians Formula-Butter Bronzer. I started using this again as I was in the mood for a change. I forgot how blendable, creamy and natural this looks on my complexion! High recommend trying this bronzer out, plus is smells amazing!

Real Techniques – Buffing Brush

  • Picking up to Too Faced Bronzer put me in a mood to change out my bronzing brush as well. (Apparently November was a month of change) I started using this buffing brush from Real Techniques as it’s perfect for carving out your cheekbones and blends in the product nicely.

Milani – Baked Blush in Luminoso

  • This was one of those items that Youtube totally made me buy. Richly pigmented and highly buildable, the beautiful matte and shimmery shade is the perfect peachy/pink pop of colour for your cheeks.

Plaid Blanket Scarf

  • My favourite fall/winter accessory is by far blanket scarves! There are tons of different ways to wear them, patterns galore and super comfy-what’s not to like? I have been living in this one that I got from OldNavy for only $10. It’s pretty neutral with its white, black and grey patterning but can pair nicely with so many outfits!

  • Another tidbit from the fashion category are vests. I’ve been pairing and layering them with turtlenecks and sweaters as another layer of warmth. You can find these just about anywhere nowadays and they are the perfect transitional piece from Fall to Winter.

Book …

Turtles All The Way Down – John Green

  • This book was chosen for the November read in the bookclub I am in. The bookclub is called Boss Babes Bookclub and is ran by Kali over from Tales From The Thrift Shop, if you love reading and discussing all things books, you should definitely join us!

Music …

For the first time in a long time, I’ve been listening to a lot more pop than country!

Kygo, Justin Jesso

Homemade Dynamite

Lorde, Post Malone, Khalid

Call It What You Want

Taylor Swift

Selena Gomez

Stars In The City

Old Dominion

Favourite Posts I Wrote …

Adding a new category into the mix here, here are a few of my favourite posts that I wrote throughout the month!

That’s a whole lot of favourites for the month of November! What were a few things you were loving this month?

Until next time,

Let’s Be Friends!

  1. I love the real techniques blenders, they’re so much more affordable than the real beauty blenders and work just as well. The Too faced bronzer has been my go to for the longest time and have always loved it.
