It’s easy to become so focused on getting everything done that you might forget to take care of the person carrying out all those “to-dos”. I talk a lot about self care here on True Bliss as it plays a crucial part in your well being.
Everyday we all face challenges, whether they’re big, small, difficult or easy, we all face them. I am a firm believer that set backs, challenges and difficulties only make you grow stronger and more confident as a person.
Being able to identify your weaknesses will only help you overcome them. So today I am sharing some of my weaknesses and how I plan on conquering them!
This year has been a year of real change and growth for me. I spent most of 2016 filled with anxiety and exhaustion but this year (2017) I’ve felt better. I feel happy, strong, loved and more than anything, grateful.

This post is quite different than things I usually write about here on True Bliss. People around the world struggle with mental illnesses everyday. They want to be heard and understood by their families and friends. They want to be accepted just like everyone else and not be labeled by their mental illness.
I struggle with anxiety but am learning everyday how to cope and push through. Anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it.
